In the Ebook it mentions setting up a CAM class for multi units. I did this and starting using it for everything not related to an individual unit. I am now second guessing this decision. Should I use the CAM class for expenses paid by me such as utilities, mortgage, insurance, etc, or should I only use the CAM class for expenses such as grass cutting, common area lights etc...? If not in the CAM class should I put the utilities, mortgage, insurance under the main property class? Ebook says don't put anything under that class in a multi unit so that's why I ask.... Thanks.
